Yes,Yes,Yes and No.Everything changed as of 7/2.Status its about over.On the 11th motion to dismiss denied without any doubt.

Will the case be decided on that day I say so.Pfizer clearly breached the contractual agreement.They know it Intellect attorney knows it and even a idiot if they can read any can see this case was over long before it started.

Pfizer got what they wanted.They destroyed Intellect.Only money damages can make Intellect whole now imho.
