I think you will make out great on that buy. This morning reminds me of the trading in the afternoon on the day Nuedexta received final approval by the FDA, and it was announced after the market (but on a much smaller scale today). Everyone pretty much knew it (FDA approval) was going to happen, and then in the last 60-90 minutes of trading, just what some on this board had predicted took place, i.e. a huge "Bear Raid" to allow shorts to cover. AVNR shares plummeted down over 50% losing over half its value, and then a ton of buying came in and the stock finished up for the day. End result was that a ton of the shorts got to cover prior to the big announcement, through nothing more than market manipulation.
