Oh my, so AVTC raises $1.1 million with a well known TOXIC FUNDER

That is not in any way a positive. Looks like they are headed towards a death spiral financing deal.
How sad this stock looked to have so much potential at one time. Glad I got out when I did. JMO, of course.
