The negatives are coming from the way Poutre has handled expectations. It seems like his statements could be intentionally misleading. Now with this reverse listing, along with his consulting compensation (which is more than the current new CEOs)- appears he took everyone for a ride.
The only way to pay him now, as MIMV is not revenue generating, is through dilution.
