It's not always the price that matters. On the contrary, the issue here is the tradable float which is completely locked up. The stock may need a forward split.

This is pennies timing everything. I try not to dwell on the past. That was 3 years ago. Plus wasnt there a 20:1 FS there which means you would be up at these levels right? If not say I was in at .05 I would either 1. Hold it and be happy that it not trips in more and hope it gets multi pennies again or 2. I would of written it off as a loss and moved on. Hard to make money dwelling on bad trades.
