If they could not deliver IP&L coal on time why are they trying to get more contracts?

This is why i see an equity play by a larger entity for a low price. either way for investors the company is at a critical stage for upward or downward share pricing..Id prefer upward. There is cash coming in on deliveries which will extend debt further out, however how far out is the question??..
