The 2nd quarter 10-Q is due by mid August, and the 3rd quarter
10-Q is due by mid November.

I have no idea whether GDGI is going to make the 2nd quarter
10-Q, or wait till after the October 23, 24, 2013 sentencing of the Levy's to make the big PR report.

Generally speaking, I have noticed that penny stocks do better in the Fall months because the regular Dow stocks usually have somewhat of a decline during those months, and people are looking for places to get more bang for their bucks at that time.

Impatient wallets would like to see GDGI make the 2nd quarter
10-Q, but the 3rd quarter 10-Q will probably get us a bigger increase in share price for the reasons I just gave.
Hanging on for a few more months may prove to reward those who exercise additional patience.
