Foreclosure on what? The only thing of potential value is the gold and they are leasing that. They don't own it. The liquidation value of the fixed assets appears to be nil. What do they get for old geotubes that don't work at auction? LOL! The mill has no salvage value. But heres an idea. The IRS could pierce the corporate veil by showing that Landau controlled everything and was able to issue himself new shares at will to maintain control. They could go after him personally.
