They had to remove material to widen the opening before final bracing... Often there is a lot of rubble to be removed. This mine was a mom and pop operation prior so I am sure they had a lot to remove to accommodate the heavy equipment. Once the bracing is complete they can call in the state inspectors and this puppy will be ready for action... still need some capital to get the mill running... getting closer!
