The golden Q: when is 10-K coming? Can't file anymore extensions right? Any exceptions to delay further a possibility?

7 companies filed 10-K(A)'s today. That's just one day after filing their NT.

So Q is right, once they file, it could show up on Edgar any time between NOW and July 16, 2013.
