deathtotaxes: OTCBB stocks can theoretically be traded after hours if your broker will allow you to place the trade and a market maker will fill your order .... of course generally there's no liquidity in most Nasdaq stocks after hours, let alone OTCBB stocks. But on important news after hours volume can develop.

Ameritrade rejects after market orders on OTCBB stocks, however Waterhouse allows them.
