Since the CAP did not want to answer, then that left his motive subject to speculation. He started a string here with his posts, ergo, it is fair to continue the string as I am about to do with some speculation.
Something that RA posted got the gude CAP WOW concerned that some beans that he desparately does not want spilled were about to be spilled by RA...
He wanted to find out just how much RA knows so here he came, very unusually posting stuff..not within his normal MODUS OPERANDI at all.
He brung up the SEC and the FBI, hoping that RA would respond, which he did. A telephone call was arranged, with what was apparently a lengthy exchange between them.
After that, the CAP reverted to his usual MO, and went to posting links. I think that he did that as a sort of cover-up, to blur the impact of his posting here, after he had posted on the RCL board that he was outa here until next year..
So in summary, the CAP got afraid. Is he still afraid? Or is he thinking that RA does not know the beans he desperately does not want spilled??
I dunno.. But I doubt that he frightened RA off.
