KMAG WILL SURVIVE BECAUSE JEFF REID has not committed any kind of improprieties whatsoever, ie: He has been painstakingly honest about all of his business dealings, as also with regards to all of the public (& presumably private, also) information that pertains to his business. For if it were otherwise, they would have ''nailed him'' long before now!
And the second great reason why he is going to be one of the few that can become ''A US MARINE'', is because he is pretty wealthy in his own right, as also, his company is making GOOD MONEY, as he has been regularly reporting publicly, SO THAT HE IS NOT DEPENDENT ON THE SALE OF HIS BILLION + OR MORE SHARES FOR THE FINANCIAL SURVIVAL OF HIS COMPANY, as almost ALL of the other stinky pinkies are! Just think about that!

But that would be a little tougher, as in order to get onto the OTC.QX, he will have to hold .10 or more for at least 90 days prior, ''WHEREVER HE IS TRADING''!
