GM to all from Clutch Cargo! My daughter works for TD Ameritrade in New York, in its research department, and she told me last night that ASYI has until this Thursday to file a Form 12B-25, which would give the company a one day extension, to the next day, Friday, to file a NT-10Q, and that the NT-10Q would have to state the reasons for requesting the extension to file the 10Q. She also told me that there is no such SEC rule that says ASYI can’t get an extension even though it received one earlier this year. She said that a company can get a filing extension in every quarter of the year if it has a valid reason for making the request. So ASYI would have to file its NT-10 by Friday of this week, and would then be given 5 CALENDAR days to finally file its 10Q, which would be Wednesday, August 22nd. I took at look at some of the real serious DD that’s been done here and I keep seeing that same August 22nd date pop up. LOL!!!
My daughter told me that just about everybody in her department at TD Ameritrade has been loading up big-time on ASYI and that they’re all betting that ASYI won’t file the Form 12B-25, or the NT-10Q, or even the 10Q. They’re betting that the company lets its ticker change to ASYI’E’ in order to scare off all the newbies and some of the other peeps. She says that the merger will be finalized this Friday and announced next Wednesday; most likely by a trading halt.
Believe who you want to, but I’ve made some serious dough with her info in the past, so I gotta believe that she’s onto something now. But as always, you gotta do your own DD on this.
