Nothing false about it. Nobody, other than a BMCS insider, would ever dare say that a REGDEX form, filled out 6 years ago, means BMCS has been an SEC filer.

But, if BMCS management chooses to play word games and do the semantics twist, go right ahead. All but the most dim witted will see that behavior for what it is. lolol
