yes there are filings that say this, GM_Tech has them (I believe) and also he is not and cannot dilute with those since he would need to file form 4's stating an insider is buying/selling, he needs the positions of strength, and also ok but if you need any DD or have questions I've pretty much DD'd out MYEC :-D lol this is another GEM for sure, Bank of Kentucky NASDAQ partner and a Forbes listed CEO running this baby
