#31582 RE: roger wilco #31580

There is plenty that can still be done.. The six counts Mr. Shaheed plead guilty to, three counts of mail fraud and three counts of wire fraud are the tip of the iceberg of what Mr. Shaheed has done.

- What about securities violations?

- What about all the income tax returns that were file or should have been filed? Corporate, partnership returns for another cog in his scam, Summit Media LLC, payroll, W-2, 941's, 1099's.. Was all income reported properly?

Regarding collection efforts.. Millions of dollars of money does not just disappear. An attorney, armed with more information now available along with cooperation with governmental officials, witnesses, and leverage that exists now may take a case against Mr. Shaheed on a contingency basis. A case brought upon on a contingency basis would something I would be interested in. I would even put a modest amount forward grouped with other investors if an attorney wouldn't take the case on a contingency basis but would on a fee basis if they could see a reasonable probability of collection.
