I am sure you are right that Terrell had no idea about either company being a SCAM.
I think he was/is a prop of someone else. Someone who wanted to add a modicum of respectability to the unrespectable. Terrell financed the hiring of the bankruptcy lawyer prior to the bankruptcy . So to me he must of had prior knowledge of the game plan to make CDEX "debt free". There are a few more interesting tidbits concerning him, however the big fish are still as they say at work . You are right about Poteet who has been enriching himself there for 13 years and -35 million of investor monies.
