I thought the sentence would be 36 months but the 30K fine should keep him well underwater.

Muhammad (M.J.) Shaheed, 45, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Douglas P. Woodlock to 21 months in prison to be followed by two years of supervised release and forfeiture of $30,000.

Mr. Shaheed has plenty of time to respond. He does not have to report to federal prison until August 23, 2013.
