The public apparently pays more attention to the numbers in those filings than Kennay does. He has been known just to make stuff up, and not correct it until publicly caught in a lie, as in the KATX financials. More than once. If you think BVIG somehow magically came up with a way to buy in a hundred million shares, and then did so, without even PRing it, then you don't know Kennay the Diluter and the gang very well.
And yes, it may be a while before Kennay files more lies, or even issues them in a PR. Nobody believes him anyway, so why bother with "updates?"
