No it doesn't. In fact, the shares have already traded during the day. The t-trade is just an accounting of shares that the MMs didn't post during today's trading session for one reason or another. I have my own theories on what this t-trade represents, and it coorelates with the action of the day. It is extremely positive imo. If I didn't see that t-trade, then I'd be confused.
So, basically, it's already been traded today. It is not a sell or a buy specifically.
