$2.7599 PPS is slowly going down maily because this company has failed to file the latest 10Q on time and has not even requested an extension from the SEC.
I forgot that since only ADRs are traded here in the USA, the company simply must comply with the rules of the Chinese stock exchange where the actual shares are traded! I think they are only required for filing of a report every six months.
Is the PPS increase that took place during the past six months going to be eroded day by day until we get back to $1.50???
