If you refer to her last email that was posted on the board, she clearly says she is EXPLORING ALL POSSIBLE VENTURES, meaning she has found and has worked on NIL. When is the last time you kept on looking for something after you've found it?
This is not rocket science, it's very straight forward. If anyone actually believed there was a merger, they'd be hammering the ask instead of talking hype.
