I think the only reason this has stalled and sold off is because of the all the people that bought over .015 all the way to .022 reevaluating whether or not they will get a profit off their holdings leading into the shareholder meeting with an RS pretty much guaranteed.

I still haven't received any voting literature in the mail yet. Have you?
