are you sure? how much cash will they need to process tailings alone? and do you think ray will process tailings without knowing whats in the mine?

I would like to belive that. Problem is that he needs local refiners/smetlters to do the work. this work has to be weighed aginst the cost of getting the tailings to the refiner... Will there be profit? That's what Ray is trying to figure out...
