I am so far from being any sort of maven, but... I see what you're saying. It looks like they are overdue for a quarterly and an annual report. Yes?
I see near the top of their last report - the 10Q for the quarter ended 12/31/12, signed 2/5/13 - that it states they are a "smaller reporting company". Does that impart any special reporting requirements or breaks? There is a small passage toward the bottom of the form (page 17) that reads:
"Item 3. Quantitative and Qualitative Disclosures About Market Risk.
Not required because we are a smaller reporting company."
It's Greek to me! Anyhow... Given their new relationship with Sysco, I'm seriously thinking about getting back in. However, I'll try to wait for a pullback, maybe between 28 and 30 cents.
