Clearly there is an attempt at basing going on. As far as things go, the base typically goes BACK to the last base in situations like this with biotechs. So we will see.

Waiting a month would be reasonable as well. You may well lose 75% or equity before the BD PR.

It is extremely likely that there will be a runup in price before the BD PR. That is how these Biotechs go.
