True that...

$1... $4...for NYSE relisting...it's not going to matter...when they decide to relist, they will make sure the minimum value is met even if it is below it currently...

...which brings us directly to the speculation that FnF is being prepared for NYSE up listing.

That's a very reasonable speculation. Especially with a changing of the guard in $FNMAs- conservator, FAHA, who's former chief ordered $FNMA- to delist even though they were fully qualified, and trading well above minimum requirements.
