Indeed, I believe their 10K filing and website claims that they do have patents.
Do you think they are lying?

Keep in mind, this is not some stinky pinkie company that has a stop sign on the OTCMarkets.com site advising they're not making material information available. They are a fully reporting, fully compliant with SEC regulations company.

I don't know if their patents are the reason for my tripling my money in the stock, and frankly I don't care. ;-)
