There is no rally in this stock... the stock has not traded since November, 2011. The SEC has suspended trading in this company and I hope this scam has been shut down permanently.. The CEO has been arrested and plead guilty to three counts of mail fraud and three counts of wire fraud and will be sentenced July 1, 2013.
