Nor is it true. These guys have experience running scam plays. The idea that they were "taken in" by Amarant, "partner A" or anyone else is laughable.
This is so common on scam plays I'm sure it's in the long con bible. First it's interest, then it's an MOU, then it's a secret deal that's almost closed, then it's a done deal, but no money yet, then the money is close..., closer..., almost there ..., just waiting for the paperwork..., just one hurdle now. Crap, it wasn't real. Silly us.
But don't worry, we have a ton of interest from a bunch of big money people. Expect an MOU any day now.

Penny stocks "partnering" with other penny stocks or private companies - probably predates prostitution. Then again, depending on how you look at it, they could be considered one in the same.
