To Rhineholds point, he is not stating an RS will happen here in Nov just stating that even though the company said it won't happen until at least nov the likelihood is when nov hits they probably won't anyway. There is a crackdown in effect and the once dreaded RS in penny world is becoming less of a factor every day. CCRY I love the potential here.
