I hope this story is true but I have my doubts.

If I can introduce a new technical analysis indicator named the "Guardian Angel" indicator, then this deal is very likely to go through. AMGN has been a guardian angel to my portfolio a couple of times (TLRK and MITI), so it makes sense that they're bidding up another of my holdings.
