How many times do we have to say that New Rules from SEC make it more difficult for pinks to do the ole r/s dump and repeat! Now the SEC look at it, and a company better have a good reason or the SEC can take SEC action There are not nearly as many r/s as in years past.

Read the merger agreement.No r/s is allowed,til one year from the closing date( Nov.16th)Period.All the wishful thinking won't change that.

Best to provide proof that there is going to be any kind of reverse spilt, otherwise people here might think you are deliberately trying to mislead the board. Wouldn't they?

From what we hear from this company they have amazing things going on behind the scenes that they cannot disclose. That's just me reading between the lines. However, I say it when I am. I don't create fiction.

This company is as sound as many many pink sheets would dearly love to be.
