They have bought back about 238 million shares since January, with another 68 million announced to be bought back within 90 days of the shareholder meeting that happened on June 15, though the indication was this would happen much sooner then 90 days. This would bring the total number of shares bought back this year to 306 million approximately, when they are done retiring the 68 million. In Dec when I bought there were over 770 million shares OS with the buy back of this next 68 million the outstanding would be down to around 477 million.
