HENCE, This email is BS especially when they state, "we do things legally here." Why even make that statement? The purpose of this email is to keep you holding your shares and not sell. It's basically DAMAGE CONTROL.

The share buyback PR doesn't state "up to how many shares to be purchased" or how much money they are planning to use. Per the "rules", they are supposed to supply that info as well.
Perhaps someone could FB that back to Benny.
