Yes...I fell into the same trap with eTrade and wasn't aware of it. I tore up that one account and I let them have it. I had told them previously to change that one account to a cash account and they did not do so. So I had them make up the difference once I proved to them that I had requested the change 6 months earlier.

They took care of it...I like when they make a mistake like that and I like it even better when I can make them pay for it.

They screamed like banshee's until I had my Lawyer call them.

Then they shut up and took care of it.
