catching a snippet here and there. most folks seem to have their mind made up already. if he is found innocent, it will make it easy to kill most anyone... harass them till they punch you in the nose and beat on you, so you can whip out a concealed gun and shoot them dead.
not too much question who was pursuing whom since there is audio tape of the 911 call, that kind of makes self defense claims a little weak. I think the law reads that you cannot pursue someone and then claim self defense. The beady eyed fat guy will probably get off though, given the state of our criminal justice system. What do you think?
