Mr. Sano,

If you are really interested in how STWA plans to move forward with the development and sale of the AOT Midstream, I suggest you reread page 6 of the 2013 1Q Shareholder Update. Please pay more attention to what the company says and less to the words that others would put in STWA's mouth.

http://content.stockpr.com/stwa/media/05236b1c9f3ad91de6974a20ede5b299.pdf

"Demonstrate the AOT Midstream product on a commercial test-pilot installation program somewhere in North America"

"Receive and process ADDITIONAL CONFIDENTIAL materials, oil samples, hydraulic engineering data, methods, processes, infrastructure requirements and other relevant data points from our burgeoning customer base."

If you believe the company, they have repeatedly told us that they have been in serious negotiations with a major pipeline company that has assisted in the design of the AOT 2.0. I am not an engineer, so I can only guess how complex the design and integration of AOT into an oil pipeline will be. The fact that it has taken nearly a year to complete the design and manufacture of the first AOT 2.0 is not surprising to me. Negotiations (which may be as much about a collaborative strategy of how to implement the tech.) that have seemed to be agonizingly slow, I believe have been building to this point in time when a commercial version of AOT 2.0 is available to be tested.

You are right to say that this must be tested. You are wrong to make it a point of contention as the company has planned to do this all along.

The more interesting question, is that test underway as this is being written?
