Because it is less then 10% of the Outstanding shares Neom has
Neom has over 4 billion share and only 400 million traded yes that is a lot but in all when you have over 4 billion 400 million really not that much in all we need more then 10% to move this up fast but in all 400 million was a good start to get this moving the right way
