What kind of deal has DJ worked out with the company? If it's like some others he's structured, he might get paid a percentage or dollar amount of each product sale. If that's the case, he probably doesn't care which way the share-price goes.
DJ will probably make money whether this boat rises or sinks. It just depends on how much. I imagine his deal is much better than your's. ...but it is all about the money...SHOW ME DA MONEY!!
