They spent a lot of $$$ putting in a 100 mile rd. last winter for rig access,but it was ultimately too cold to get what they needed to have happen completed.
You can't travel out there unless the perma frost is frozen so they're hoping they know how to get-r-done this winter.
They need to prove that they can make $$$ in Alaska because that will attract the big money dogs to their cause.
