Your perception is totally different from mine when looking at the same inputs. I'd say it looks more like they ( meaning Tullow and AOI ) are keeping a tight lid on pending news, and now it's just a waiting game for most of us.
And as always a few naysayers such as yourself show up in advance to shake the tree a little ,and try talk the weaker hands out of a few shares.
