ANYONE CALLING A COMPANY HEARS EXACTLY WHAT THEY NEED TO HEAR. Take a look at filings, old prs and this tells a much better story and a much more truthful story. Just like an increased OS was done because an increase in share structure is needed for shareholder dilution. I am sure longs will spin this dilution as something good like JVs etc. New traders need this support or they sell and the stock heads lower.
