Look at the MOASS when FNMA hit 5.20. That's a perfect example.

Shorts try to bring it down. Lack of buying pressure and the algos will short more to bring the pps down. If there's buying pressure - reverse - they cover higher leading to a squeeze.

Simple supply demand rule.

FNMA is a great example of playing like this.

The two peaks were good ones this way.
