Keep "investing" in them (as opposed to trading them) and you'll come to that same conclusion.

One reason is that pinksheet stocks generally have little to no revenues and must dilute shares to stay open and pay mgt their large salaries. Very often the company's product doesn't have a market leading to little or no revenues. Also sometimes the company is being dishonest with investors.
