By law he can not give exact details to a single share holder, it has to be in a public release. I was told that it is out of his hands at this point:
"We are experiencing delays that are beyond my control but clearly understand that does not mean we are Crooks, Thieves or Scam Artists who are looking to steel investors money."
That is a small part of a lengthy email I received. I have about 10 different emails from the CEO, a couple were me being an ass and demanding info but after I calmed down and used the" catch more flies with honey" approach, we had some really good exchanges.
