All true, however, what relevance does any of that have to do with GMUI? They are a desert dirt scam. Same old story - take a washed up prospect, promote it, apply a random value to it ($360 million - how did they arrive at that figure???), talk about all the jobs it will generate (500 employees??), dupe the local media into reporting on it, etc. Tell people they will be up and mining within a year (when the exploration, permitting, design, etc. are nowhere in sight). Classic....

Where is the technical geological and appraisal report that they reference? How did they come up with a $360 million value? Is that gross or net? Where is the feasibility study to support that? Or the exploration data?

What the heck is "rare" about a group of mining claims just like thousands of others in Nevada and throughout the Southwest?
