Yeah. I was just thinking that as a govt. sponsored entity, Watt's job might have that kind of restriction to avoid con. of int.

Short-Hunter said Watt has shares at 30.00 average. Does that mean Watt has $30 in each share of the millions he owns? Wow, if so, that seems almost like insider info. How would Short-Hunter know that?

I'm kinda new at this as you can probably tell. But if I get all that right, then Watt has extreme motivation to get the PPS back up.
