Yes and I just don't see it happening "overnight." There are a lot of people in the banking/real estate industry that swear up and down that getting rid of FNMA and FMCC is not possible. I don't know about that bc a lot of people didn't think healthcare reform would happen either. But it also took a long time for healthcare reform bill to finally get approved. My point is IMO that it's going to be a while still before any kind of decision is made. I think Q2 earnings and maybe someone else like Nadar stepping up saying that they should be released from C-ship. I'm not sure about real long-term but I think there is definitely another run left in the short term around end of July thru September.
